Home Sweet Home

Friday: Wake up around 2pm, call Robin Hood and ask if he's eaten yet. Meet him outside Butler library and we walk to Kitchenette. My head hurts, I am still slightly drunk (and stoopid). Have one of the best breakfasts in recent memory --> Lumberjack (two blueberry pancakes, two scrambled eggs, and bacon) & a Mimosa. Continue to be drunk. We talk about a late-afternoon activtiy and decide on seeing the new picture, The Men Who Stare At Goats. Though there is little plot, it was highly entertaining (especially in our state).
After the movie, Robin Hood and I walk into the soap shop, Sabon (70th & B'way), and I buy a dark red amber-scented candle, a mood-setter no doubt. It smells so good. Rich. Musk. Ride the subway back, it is 7pm and I am back at 9 & 3/4. Am really tired, but Rufus makes me three Negroni's, and I am once again drunk. I also eat some of his Chinese food from Empire Corner while him, me, Sweats, and Reggie discuss our plans for the evening.
We wish to go downtown tonight. Take a shower just kidding, I didn't shower (for two days). Horchata comes over and we start playing music. Soon Maple, Alvin, and Rosemary & Garlic are at 9 & 3/4. We decide on Home Sweet Home (131 Chrystie St.). Drink more beer, do blends, and we are yellow-shooting it down the FDR in two packs, our pack drinking Bud Lights on the way.
Arrive at Midnight. The eight of us dance, dance, dance for about an hour and a half, until we are all dripping sweat and agree that it is time to move on.
Next up: Max Fish (178 Ludlow St.). Pinball and Budweisers prove an epic combination. No more blends tonight. It is now 3am and I am in a cab with Sweats and Reggie. Give Sweats $7 and jump out at Toms. Thanks to being super smart, and having called Lisa L. from the taxi, I walked in right as a plate of Swiss Cheese Omelette and Swiss Cheese fries appeared before my eyes. YUM!
330am: head to 1020, but just missed last call. Still, we sit at the bar for a good twenty minutes. ?
4am: Church Bushes for a yum yum sesh.
5am: taxi home.
